Minecraft Vanilla 1.8 Server disconnects & too small packet size

Hello,
a few days ago i began to play minecraft with some friends on a nitrado 1.8 vanilla server. Since then i always have disconnects and the things I do aren't recognized by the server but I receive everything from the server.

I searched the whole internet for a solution and even resetted my pc but it still won't change.

Here's the most often error of the server console my mate sent me (he's the server admin):
monospaced}}MyName lost connection: TranslatableComponent{key='disconnect.genericReason', args=[Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of 10 is below server threshold of 256], siblings=[], style=Style{hasParent=false, color=null, bold=null, italic=null, underlined=null, obfuscated=null, clickEvent=null, hoverEvent=null, insertion=nullmonospaced

When i google this I only get one result: MC-34947

So I send the server too small packets but how can I control this? It's obvious not normal to send 10kb packets. I also tried to open the ports on my router but it had no consequence.

So here are some things I tried: - Reset my Windows (7 64-bit) - Reinstall Java 8 Update 31 64-bit - Reinstall Minecraft - Changed server to 1.7 - Changed render distance

I hope somebody got an idea, it's very frustrating when you want to play with your friends and you have to reconnect every 1-30 seconds and the most things don't get saved.

Thank you
