I can't use Minecraft's livestreaming feature.

What I expected to happen was...:
I wanted to try live streaming using F6.

What actually happened was...:
Minecraft had an error message that said that it couldn't open the libraries needed for streaming.

Steps to Reproduce:
You could press F6 while playing Minecraft. Or, you could do the following below.
1. Go to options.
2. Go to broadcasting settings.
