No rotation on player 2?

We downloaded the newest update on minecraft for xbox 360 and now there is no rotation on player 2? We bought a new controller because we thought the controller was broken and it stil doesn't rotate. Then we tried switching the player 1 controller to player 2 and it worked as player 1 but not as player 2. Every button works except the camera view can not rotate around, look up, or look down
