"and" doesn't get translated when listing entities.

When using a selector which fits on more than one entity Minecraft will list all the affected entities and put an "and" between the last two. This "and" doesn't get translated when changing your language.

In the lang files there is no entry for a translation of "and" (propably because this listing function is directly coded into Minecraft.
