nightmare bug

What I expected to happen was:
going back to a normal overworld

What actually happened was:
i came to a dark forest with lava instead of water and lapis lazuli on the surface and killer bunnies (killer bunnies were random i think)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the nether
2. break your way to the top of the nether (creative needed)
3. wander around and get lost (you'll need to go to a place you haven't been in)
4. teleport back to the overworld
5. if you find lava and lapis lazuli on the surface you have found it!
