Command Block with /testfor Self Powering a Comparitor Clock With No Redstone Signal

This Glitch occurred when I was creating a Vanilla Plugin using command blocks, and i needed to disable the clock I was using. I disabled the clock but the Mechanism still kept going. I went ahead and coppied the command block and its clock that it was powering and took screenshots of the glitch.
The command was:
/testfor @p[score_vsnipebuild=0] (vsnipebuild being the objective I was using)
