Orange Blocks

This always happens when I load in single-player and when I try and join a server, however when a block is destroyed the actual skin for the blocks appear but soon after disappears when you move around.

I actually came from Minecraft forums where, majority-wise, they say its a graphical corruption. I'm not really sure if i deleted a file or maybe my CPU, processor is very out-dated...

Here are the parts:
Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family video card
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz CPU

I'm also using Java 8 update 25**

I'm still starting to get to know what about graphic/video cards and all the stuff >.< any help appreciated

I think that the main cause of the grapic corruption is probably the outdate graphic/video card my computer has xD (Well, Family computer...)
