Game crash on Hardcore death due to respawn option.

After falling down a long drop on my hardcore world I evidentially died,
this triggered the 'Delete World' button. So I clicked it. After this I was given the new option to 'respawn, or title screen'. I clicked respawn to see what would happen and it crashed my game. I shouldn't think the option should actually be there so you may just want to delete that part all together, or something.
