UUIDs aren't seeming to work

So before name changes were happening UUIDs worked fine, as far as we know. When players started changing their names rank were lost, players who were previously banned became unbanned, items have been lost, currency reset etc. All our plugins are UUID compatible. We have been spammed with tickets for missing ranks etc.
