reccurent Open GL error code:8

recurrent Open GL crashes (every minute or so)
error code: 8
talked a lot with Nvidia, no hardware or driver issue in itself
problem since about launch of 1.8.1
first problem encountered was while having youtube playing a playlist and changing video
it then continued without youtube or anything, reinstalled game from scratch, no improvement.
