Keep Disconnecting

Hey, i got a problem.. i can be on a minecraft server for longer than like 25-30 seconds before it Disconnects me. i have never had this problem before, and its on every minecraft server i play on.
Theres not anything wrong with my Internet Connection, but it just wont let me play.
