Chest Minecarts not sending items into hoppers while on Detector Rails

So, I'm working on a new... thing I don't want to reveal, since someone will steal my idea. But for it to work, chest minecarts need to send items into hoppers while on detector rails. This works for normal/powered rails (haven't tested on activated). But they don't.
