Typing polish letters in game chat is broken. Left/right alt recognization broken?

When i try to type polish letters: żółćęśąźń ŻÓŁĆĘŚĄŹŃ in chat, game acts strange. For example for "ą" (right alt + a) whole entered text is selected (behave like ctrl + 'a' or left alt + 'a').
Its annoying especially when you enter long line of text and use word with 'ą' at the end. Whole text is overwritten.
