game crashes

Whenever I load minecraft the game starts up but in any server or world it shows up for five seconds, then crashes and shows this message:
[Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 8328ms behind, skipping 166 tick(s).
The really sad part is this only happens on my laptop. If I go anywhere else it works.

What I expected to happen was...:
The world would load and I would skip around and just generally do stuff.

What actually happened was...:
World loads for about five seconds then crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open launcher(only on my laptop).
2. Press play.
3. Go on any world(or try to, anyway)
