cant eat or drink while face fence.

I was hungry in the game (minecraft) while i tried to eat I stand face a fence and i couldnt eat.. I try few types of food and all are not working include drinking .

hope it will fix.
I saw this issue before but it been resolved but i dont see it fix in this version.
