Block Reach is a block too short when facing up while on a horse.

When you get on a horse you are raised up by one block, when you walk through 2 high doorways you hit your head and take suffocation damage. All which is expected, what is also expected is since you are raised up 1 block, you should be able to reach one block higher, but you cannot.
