Hopper Duplication: Time Clock [Temp] 1.8.2pre4

When hoppers are using in a time clock, one facing the other, a duplication glitch occurs on a random basis and not all the time.

Sometimes it corrects itself and the extra items will disappear.

I know that this has happened in previous versions. If this is a dup of a ticket, please forgive me, I looked for a similar situation in this version but couldn't find any.

When I am able to get vid or pics of this I will post them, but it happens randomly and not even just exiting and returning into the world causes it. It just happens whenever.

There will be anywhere from 3 to 15 Items in the hopper when there was once only one, by the time I check the hoppers. It could possibly cause a crash if left unintended for a while..
