Then I creapte a new World and try to use commands they dont work

I created new creative with cheats world and tried to give myself a command block

What I expected to happen was...:
To get a command block, I tried waiting 5 minutes and also tried rejoining. I expected it to work.

What actually happened was...:
The commanddid nothing, even chat massage did not appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. First thing I opened minecraft launcher and I had to suspend my laptop.
2. After, I unlocked my laptop and pressed play a you would. I had my deafult profile with 1.8.2pre4 version.
3. I created a new World and this bug happened.

It started working after restarting my laptop but I do not want to do this every time I leave minecraft suspended.
