Problem Submitting Bugs for Pocket Edition.

I have tried to submit a bug for MC:PE and was referred to reddit, and mine craft forums and the bug considered resolved as irrelevant. Both links I was given track issues for versions much older than I'm using and refer me here to submit a bug. No option shows up to submit bugs for MC:PE I'm using 0.10.4 and the links were for 0.9.5 with no new material since. 2 hours of searching those sites yielded no clear method to submit bugs to MC:PE developers. https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE was the original url where I submitted the bug, MC-76735. Please provide some more detailed information on how to legitimately submit a bug to the right people!
