Cannot connect through IPs

On the multiplayer menu I see "Can't reach server" under all servers ranging from SRV records to plain IPs.
It is not possible to connect to these servers.

I am able to connect to a server running on my pc through "localhost" but not through my IP (yes my port is forwarded).
