walls disappear, partial blue screen, huge lag

After playing for @ 20 minutes, first flashing, then more and more just DISAPPEARS. chests and fire on torches remain visible walls just disappear. Also extreme lag. Unplayable.

I play single player survival. Have four games going, slowly but surely all have same problem.
