minecraft keeps will crash when launched

Put the summary of the bug you're having here
when I Launch Minecraft I log in and hit the play button. The the page disappear and then the crash page appears. I wish for someone to tell me what I need to do to keep on Minecraft.

I attached the error and let me know what else I can give you.
Do I need to delete All start over. Is my Java the wrong one. Something need to be figured out so I can play again.
