Splash potions and Bow

What I expected to happen was...:
When I'm placing my cursor on a block and launching a splash potion or an arrow, it should launch the potion or the arrow.

What actually happened was...:
Instead of launching the potion or the arrow, it does nothing...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a splash potion.
2. Place your cursor (the tiny +) on a block.
3. Launch the potion.
4. Take a bow.
5. Place your cursor (the tiny +) on a block.
6. Launch an arrow.
