Crash Anvil

I wanted to know what is the third vriant of anvil.

When I put the block on the floor, Minecraft Crashed.

to reproduce that:
1. Enter the command "/give <player> minecraft:anvil 1 3"
2. Put the block on the floor
3. Wait one minute
