Minecraft world extremely glitching after changing video settings

I was testing a recording software, Open BroadCaster Software, (https://obsproject.com/) and I was messing around on Minecraft. I noticed some frame lag and decided to change my video settings, shown in the video. When I exited the menu, different parts of the world were appearing on my screen, which shifted randomly on its own and whenever I moved.
