Crash when attempting to respawn in hardcore singleplayer world

This crash does not generate a crash report

Expected
Dying on a hardcore world and clicking 'Delete world' should return to the main menu and delete that world.

Bug
Presents a second menu asking whether to respawn or return to title screen. Clicking the respawn button crashes the game.

Reproduction

1. Create a single player hardcore world.
2. Die somehow (/kill is unavailable thus untested).
3. Click 'Delete world'
4. Click 'Respawn', client should crash.

Notes

• Issue unaffected by reloading the world and/or client before death or during the death screen.
• No crash log
