No Nether

I was playing hoped into the nethier portal and my minecraft crashed while loading the nethier and basicly i had to quit while it was loading and then got back on reloaded and it took a while and lage a bit but in thenethier there was no portal back to the overworld so i am stuck in the nethier i need help!!!!
