Something is buggin me

I have three boys under 9. Their grand parents bought them a laptop for Christmas and mine craft fast card for $26.95. I entered the code and got to the game through the new lap top. The problem is the computer didn't support your game and kept crashing witha blue screen. I bought them a more expensive laptop and returned the one to fry's. The card to download in no longer valid and I need to speak to some one in person to get me in to the gaming area of mine craft on the new $650.00 laptop instead of the $ 250.00 gift. We have other devices owned by my boys, ipad4 I touch and my 6 6 year old wants an iPad air. All devices have to have mine craft that will purchase from the App Store.
