Help

So i just installed Bdcraft i was happy but i just started the resource pack and my game crashed saying run out of memory i just installed optifine but,no it always crashes im seriously a minecraft fan so please help how do i get out the resource pack without opening minecraft Please help im seriously sad and mad. ;(
