Firework Particles rendered behind water

When fireworks explode over water the particles are rendered behind the blue of the water. additionally around the explosion sometimes the water isn't rendered, so it looks like there is no water. the thing with the partlicles behind the blue of the water also exists with the colors of the colored glass. it seem like the firework is behind the glass but in reallity it in front of ot.
