Can't log into factions on orangecraft

So when I was playing minecraft I went to spawn in faction on orangecraft and someone threw a invisible block at me and my minecraft crashed. So I contacted a friend to help me and he said I had to delete my .minecraft stuff so I did and I logged back in and it didn't work. So at this point I'm at a loss because I don't know what to do.
