Creative mode unlimited resources error

Creative mode unlimited resources error:

In the creative mode description, it said "Unlimited resources". I thought i will have, well... Unlimited resources.

When i started playing, there were no resources at all, talk about unlimited. Because it was creative mode, i couldn't get resources.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minecraft.
2. Play creative mode.
