Logitech G430 surround sound issue when playing music

Whenever i have surround sound activated in my logitech gaming software while playing Minecraft and music at the same time, The music fades in and out. The problem is limited to Minecraft, i have tried multiple games including Payday 2 and have not suffered the same problem. Disabling surround sound fixes the problem.

I usually use Spotify for listening to music but have also tried Itunes,Winamp and youtube. I still suffer the problem no matter how i play music.
