ALWAYS I started Minecraft it load slow or it crash at go to the multiplayer server list

Always I start Minecraft it load slow or it crash at go to the multiplayer server list. I´ve delete the .minecraft folder, but the problem isn´t resolve. I haven´t install plugins, mods or so, but minecraft crash always.
