Local multiplayer not working on Moto G

I am running MCPE v0.10.4. I don't think I am posting this to the correct place because the version is not available in the drop down menu, but I don't know where the correct place is. Please help.

I cannot get the local multiplayer to work on 4 Moto G phones that I have. I have 2 tablets and a GS4 that the Moto G can connect to, but the Moto G phones can't get anything to connect to it.
