EnderCrystal and EnderDragon (EnderDragon with NoAI:1 tag) tp doesn't work until relog

EnderCrystal and EnderDragon (EnderDragon with NoAI:1 tag) tp doesn't work until you relog; then after relog, tp command work.
How to reproduce:
1 /summon EnderCrystal
2 /tp @e[type=EnderCrystal] @p
or
1 /summon EnderDragon ~ ~ ~

{NoAI:1}

2 /tp @e[type=EnderDragon] @p
entity doesn't tp to Player then relog. after relog, Entity is in the same position of the player
