Trying to get on but every time it won't let me

When I went to play I couldn't let me

What I expected to happen was...:
The game would start up

What actually happened was...:
A screen poped up saying that there was a crash
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the game like you normally would & the screen should pop up
