Cannot /fill daylight_sensor replace block

If you do /fill ~ ~-1 ~ ~ ~-1 ~ daylight_sensor 0 replace redstone_block (When Standing on a Redstone block) it comes up with the message: "Data tag parsing failed: Invalid tag encountered, expected '{' as first char." This is strange because this only happens when you try and /fill a daylight_sensor. See picture for Proof...
