You can't write in a book and quill with NBT Tag or with custom name

I took book and quill and changed its name in anvil, and /give myself book and quill with name, with lore, and with enchantment, once I gave it in different book and quills and once I gave it all in one book and quill.
I also gave myself the same books but with text inside.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to write in the book.

What actually happened was...:
I couldn't write in it. I pressed keys on my keyboard and it doesn't seemed to work on the name changed book. Also, the books that I gave myself with the NBT tags didn't work. But, in a book and quill with a text in it I could write when I gave it with NBT tag or name.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Give yourself a book with NBT tag or name, or change the name of an empty book and quill in an anvil.
