Permanently Crashed World

When i use the emty spawn egg named: spawn
and R click on a spawner
the world permanently crashes and there isn't a crash report

to get the spawn egg i used:
/give werken23 minecraft:spawn_egg

if i do this i get kicked from the world and never can be in it again
