I continue to get the infameous error for GL Open, Can't play the game since I downloaded it

Can't get pass launcher, GL Open error. Have updated graphic card drivers to latest, replace GLopen32.dll, change advance setting and changed compatibillity settting without resolution.

All those changes should have compensated for errror.

Didn't have resolve error, can't fix

Just starting game continue to get this crash report.
