Potin Frame Bug

Hello,
I search and i think is not a duplicate.
Steps.
1.Get in ceative go and grab a potion . For exemple Night Vison and you can see only the water of the bottle have the enchant effect, and the bottle dont have.
2. Get a "Item Frame" and place the potion.
3. The enchant effect will be on the bottle and the water of the potio .
