Remove MCPatcher

Okay, I do know this fourm is only for the basic un-modded Minecraft but this is what I am trying to achieve. Okay, so I have recently installed MCPatcher and it caused major texture problems. I un-installed MCPatcher and even deleted my .minecraft folder and reinstalled it. But I still noticed I still have this file in my .minecraft folder: launcher_mcpatched

I have tried deleting it and launching Minecraft but for some reason it re-downloads.

I've even tried completely removing anything that has to do with Minecraft.

Please help! I don't want to live with this messing up my Minecraft!
