Teaxture Problem

I've been having to problem ever since I started playing Minecraft. I wondered if its supposed to look like this but its not. Its not a resource pack problem, I know that for sure, I use the Default one that comes with the game. That's the best I can give... I'll give some screenshots so you know what it actually looks like.
