Error Occurs

Hi, my name is Jennifer. Every time I log into Minecraft I start playing, but later in the game(3-5 min in) my Minecraft freezes. I log out, but when I do that an error pops up and says this:
Error in class 'CodecJOrbis'
Secondary Ogg header corrupt in method 'readHeader'.
Error in class 'CodecJOrbis'
Error reading the header
I have no clue what this means but when I try to play Minecraft this happens EVERY TIME! People have said to reinstall my Minecraft, so I did. That didn't help. I don't know what to do but I am tired of having to log out and log back in every 5 minutes in my game. This usually only happens in my multiplayer world I play in with my friends.
Please respond ASAP! (also happens in Mincraft 1.7.10)
