Double tall flower change texture

What I expected to happen was...:
When i break double tall flower or grass it usually disappears

What actually happened was...:
If you break the bottom part of double tall flower or grass it change texture to peony and next it disappears

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find or place a double tall flower or grass
2. Break the bottom part of it
3. See what append for a second
