Cannot see the host's skin on LAN worlds.

My friend and I play Minecraft on Lan worlds and lately the skins don't work. If she opens a Lan world she sees my skin but I don't see hers. If I open one I see her skin but she doesn't see mine.
I thought that 1.8.1 would of fixed the bug. But it didn't. Which disappointed me.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Open a world to LAN
2.) Have another player come in.
3.) Look at them. They will have their skin but the host won't have their skin.
