White bar error makes minecraft unplayable

I recently began noticing several errors when playing minecraft:

-Blue/white bar envelops the sceen. (pic below)

I tried replacing the graphics card, processor, motherboard, and power supply, but that did not fix the issue. I also just performed a system format, but that did not fix the problem either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use java 64 bit (i have tried versions 7 and 8 with no success at fixing the issue)
