Angry Enderman sound persists even when Enderman has reverted to peaceful

Aggro an Enderman during the day, and he usually teleports very quickly and reverts to peaceful. The angry Enderman sound persists, however. As it's quite a loud and long-playing sample, it's rather annoying.
