Douvle placing blocks with a single click

Every time i use the mouse 2 button minecraft always place 2 or 3 blocks, don't matter how powerful is my computer or how many configs i use even in the lowest still doing that, i already tried mods like optifine and .bat file but it always keep placing 2 or 3 blocks.
